The NYPD’s Highway Division has been requested to Ft. Hamilton Parkway and 39th Street for an investigation of a pedestrian struck.

The incident occurred just before midnight.

The victim was transported in traumatic arrest to Maimonides Hospital by FDNY Paramedics.

UPDATE 12:40PM EST: The victim has been pronounced dead at the hospital.
