Residents can park their vehicles in Baltimore’s city-owned parking garages for free through the duration of the Phase II snow emergency, city transportation spokeswoman Adrienne Barnes said Wednesday morning.

The addresses of the garages as well as designated school parking lots are posted on the city’s snow page, www.396snow.com.
