11:35AM EST: Flatbush Hatzolah along with FDNY units are on the scene of a construction accident at 402 Elmwood Avenue (near East 4th Street). The aided is reportedly in a basement area with some type of neck/back injury (possibly secondary to a fall), with no access to have him brought up to street level. The FDNY Battalion Chief on the scene has requested FDNY Rescue 2 to respond to the scene to assist in the extrication.
The patient is conscious and alert.
