3:30PM EST: (Click HERE for photos by Shimon Gifter) Flatbush Hatzolah is on the scene of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Avenue N and East 17th Street.
The 15-year-old (riding a bicycle) is reportedly unconscious, and Paramedics have been requested to expedite their response to the scene.
An East Midwood Volunteer Ambulance was the first ambulance on the scene, but the child was transported by Flatbush Hatzolah.
