3:20PM EST: Motorists should avoid NYS Route 17 in the area of Exit 120 as first responders are being sent eastbound in the westbound lanes to respond to what is being reported as a three-car crash.

Route 17 is being shut down in both directions. Traffic was being diverted at Exit 119.

A medevac will be landing on the highway shortly.
