11:40AM EST: Kiryas Yoel Hatzolah are on the scene of a child struck by a vehicle on Bakerstown Road near Israel Zupnick Drive. Paramedics on scene have requested a Medevac (Lifeguard-18) to respond. The landing zone is going to be at the NY State Police Barracks (Monroe).
The child’s injuries are reported to be very serious.
