FDNY and NYPD are operating on the scene of a confirmed PIN job. Authorities report the Jaws of Life going to work at E 38th and FDR north. Highway and ESU SOD report this is an off duty member of service.

UPDATE 3:57PM EST: At this time emergency personnel have shut down all lanes going South, and two lanes heading North.
