4:30PM EST: The NYPD has just removed a jumper from the East River at the foot of the Manhattan Bridge. The NYPD Aviation & Harbor Units, as well as ESU & Highway Units were all involved in this operation.

Harbor Units have successfully transported the jumper to Pier 11, where a waiting FDNY Ambulance will be transporting him to the hospital.

His/her condition is unknown at this time.
