3:00PM EST: A tractor-trailer carrying train batteries has struck an overpass, on the Southbound side of the FDR near 86th Street. Traffic is backed up to 138 Street. No injuries were reported – although the incident is being considered a Hazmat situation. Expect massive delays in both directions (use alternate routes).
