11:20AM EST: FDNY has transmitted an “all-hands” for a fire at 260 Marcy Avenue near Keap Street. The FDNY Battalion advises that the fire is NOT in the structure, but rather in the rear yard. Hatzolah is staging on the scene with multiple ambulances.
