Fearing a violation of United Nations sanctions, Azerbaijan halted a shipment from Russia to Iran’s Bushehr nuclear plant. According to the ynet report, a truck carrying equipment from the state-run Atomstroiexport was stopped two weeks ago on the Azerbaijani-Iranian border.

Despite mounting international community opposition, Russia continues profiting by Iran’s tenacious efforts to become a nuclear superpower, earning $1 billion to build the reactor in the Bushehr facility.
