Flatbush Hatzolah is on the scene of an overturned vehicle on Avenue O and East 15th Street. Two ambulances are being requested as of this time. Boruch Hashem, no one is pinned in the vehicle – and the injures do not appear life-threatening. NYPD ESU and FDNY are on the scene assisting as well.
