10:45AM EST: FDNY is reporting that they have a scaffolding collapse in Manhattan at 227 East 66th Street near 2nd Avenue. They have one confirmed DOA, and are working on a second patient at this time. It is unknown how many stories they fell when the scaffolding collapsed – but the building is a 40+ story structure.

UPDATE 12:15PM EST: According to multiple reports, the workers fell more than 40 stories.
