A vehicle flipped over on Avenue U and East 24th Street, Wednesday afternoon. Flatbush Hatzolah, FDNY, EMS, and NYPD were all dispatched to the scene. There was no need to extricate any victims from the vehicle, and all injuries were not life threatening.
