With holiday shopping in full swing, a New York lawmaker has a warning about some potentially dangerous toys.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand joined the non-profit “New York Public Interest Research Group” to announce what they claim are the most unsafe toys on store shelves.

The risks range from choking hazards to dangerous levels of noise and chemicals.

Senator Gillibrand is calling for the Federal Government to ban toxic chemicals in all children’s products.
