The man suspected of abducting and killing Leiby Kletzky is due in court Thursday for arraignment on the latest murder charges.
Levi Aron was indicted by a grand jury last month on multiple counts, including first-degree murder and kidnapping.
Kletzky was abducted after he left day camp the afternoon of July 11. He was supposed to walk seven blocks to meet his parents, but got lost and encountered Aron on the street.
Aron previously pleaded not guilty at an initial arraignment before the grand jury indictment. At that court appearance, his lawyers said he hears voices.
Aron was then taken to Bellevue Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, and those results are expected to be discussed in court Thursday.
Investigators have suggested Aron will be found competent to stand trial.
Additional details from the confession could also be revealed during the hearing.
