1:25PM EST: Community leaders, activists, and volunteers are searching for a missing Yeshiva Bochur, and are asking for the communities assistance in locating him.
They are looking for Micha Hausman, a 28-year-old Yeshiva Bochur from Switzerland, currently learning in the Yeshiva Gedolah of the Five Towns (Rabbi Katzenstein) , who has not been seen since last Tuesday.
He was discharged from South Nassau Hospital (Oceanside) last Tuesday (Erev Shavuos) after a brief stay, and was seen briefly in Woodmere before going missing.
He is 5 foot 10, has blond hair with a very small blond beard, wears glasses, and is approximately 170 pounds.
If you have any information which can help, please contact Achiezer at 516-791-4444.
YWN will update any further information as it becomes available to us.

Is there a name for tehillim? This is only reported a week later?
He is not part of the Yeshiva.
he is taller than 6 feet
Nobody out there cared enough to help him, a foreigner, when he was discharged Erev Yom Tov? I’m surprised, the 5 Towns is a very caring community. Yes, I get the kind of hospital he was probably in, but even if that’s the case surely someone, somewhere could have helped him find a place to go?
@bestbubby- he was being cared for, then vanished, hence the search!
