Iran’s loopy dictator, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is headed to the Big Apple this week for the meeting of the UN General Assembly.
In the spirit of “peace” in his region, Ahmadinejad said from Syria yesterday that Middle Eastern countries will “disrupt” American and Israeli peace efforts.
Ahmadinejad met in Damascus with Syrian leader Bashar Assad, who earlier with American officials had discussed possible peace talks between Syria and Israel.
Iran’s Holocaust-denying, Zionist-hating leader also called for the release of eight of his “illegally arrested and detained” countrymen.

Perhaps Mayor Bloomberg will do what Koch did when the King of Saudi Arabia visited. He was required to provide a police escort, but he instructed them to obey ALL traffic laws, i.e. no sirens and stop at every red light.
Of couse, if his limo was broadsided by an 18 wheeler, that would also be nice.
