For the first time since returning from the hospital, after being hospitalized in Intensive Care, Maran Hagon Rav Chaim Kanievsky Shlita left his home.
The Gadol Hador went to visit the kever of his father, Hagon Harav Yaakov Yisroel Kanivsky ZATZAL, known as the Steipler, on the occasion of his Yahrtzerit.
Rav Chaim was accompanied by Harav Yakkov Galinsky Shlita, family members and Talmidim.

I can’t help it: This headline is VERY poorly written. (a) “he left home for first time since he was hospitalized” is impossible because if he was hospitalized he was not home. You must say since returning from the hospital. (b) “Since Being Hospitalized For Steiplers Yartzheit” sounds like he was hospitalized because of the yarzheit.
