4:30PM EST: A tree fell onto a moving car packed with passengers during Wednesday’s dangerous storm which swept through Sullivan County, but miraculously, everyone escaped injury.

The vehicle was travelling during the storm on Old Liberty Road in the Town of Monticello, just near Syms Bungalow Colony, when a large tree slammed onto the windshield of the vehicle.

Bichasdei Hashem, all 6 passengers walked out of the vehicle without a scratch.

Catskills Hatzolah, and the NYSP are on the scene.

Additionally, Heiden Road (aka Thompsonville Road) has wires burning, and trees down on the road, resulting in the road being closed.
