A teenage Melbourne Victory fan is fighting for his life in a Singapore hospital after a diving accident.

Reagan Milstein and his father Kevin were scuba diving in Malaysia on their way home from South Africa, where they had been supporting the Socceroos.

The 14-year-old is on life support in a critical condition with bruising of the brain after suffering a form of “the bends”.

He was airlifted to Singapore with grave fears for his survival.

Mr Milstein said yesterday that after his son hovering between life and death there was “a glimmer of hope” yesterday with signs of improvement.
