10:55AM EST: Catskills Hatzolah is on the scene of a pedestrian struck and have requested a chopper to launch.

The location of the incident is on Lake Street near Deforst Road, and the patient is unconscious with serious trauma injuries.

The Fallsburg FD is setting up a landing zone at this time.

UPDATE 11:15AM EST: Hatzolah Paramedics are transporting the patient to the landing zone, at the Fallsburg High School on Brickman Road.
