A vehicle transporting a chosson and kallah home during the predawn hours on Tuesday crashed in the Ramot area of Yerushalayim. The driver appears to have lost control and veered into a hill, knocking down a number of trees. The call came in at about 3:30am.

Ichud Hatzalah was first on the scene and they summoned fire department responders for extrication assistance. One of the victims was listed in serious condition with a head injury.

The deputy director of Ichud Hatzalah, Eli Pollack, who was on the scene stated “it’s a miracle that anyone escaped alive from the accident” as the photos illustrate.
