The Jerusalem District Court on Wednesday cleared the way for the extradition to the United States of eleven citizens who stand accused of defrauding the elderly out of millions of dollars. The court ruling follows an indictment handed down against the 11 in New York State.
Four of the group agreed to the extradition request, while the remaining seven tried to fight the move via the Israeli judicial system.
It appears the group was running a scam for a number of years involving bogus lottery tickets. After the FBI stumbled across the fraudulent lottery scheme, a request was filed with Israeli authorities, leading to their arrests about a year ago.
If convicted, the defendants face up to 30 years imprisonment.

This goes to show that even if the suspects/ defendants are jews (Sholom Rubashkin) They are still extradited. All the baloney about the law of return in denying Rubashkin bail.
