Representatives of the Eida Chareidis met on Sunday with the Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Office, Eli Gabbai, along with other officials seeking to address the conflict surrounding the new emergency room at Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon.
Also present was Rav Rosa of Zaka, who called on the government not to disturb the bones found on location in Ashkelon. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is expected to announce his decision in the coming days.
On Sunday night, beginning at 8:30pm, an atzeres protest event will be held in the Zichron Moshe Shul in Yerushalayim. A number of rabbonim are expected to attend. One of the speakers expected to address the tzibur is Asra Kadisha’s Rav Dovid Smeidal.

This is a no compromise issue. The Gedolim have spoken. We must protect our Zeida’s Kevorim.
Unless volvie’s Zeida was a Byzantine goy he has little to worry about.
