Three High Court Justices on Tuesday 11 Shevat, the day after the Regulation Law was passed, ruled that homes in West Tapuach in the Shomron must be destroyed as Arabs are claiming they were illegally built on their private land.
The state informed the court the “outpost” was built illegally and that is its status to this day. The regional council however explained the outpost was built on state-owned land.
The three-justice panel ruled the outpost was built illegally, calling for the destruction of the 17 buildings no later than June 22, 2018. The court responded to the Yesh Din organization’s appeal, a day after the Knesset approved the Regulation Law which will legalize 4,000 home in Yehuda and Shomron. However, the law is yet to take effect.

The high Court gotta go
These unelected radical leftist judges out to destroy Israel should be forced out once and for all. Thousands of Arabs living in illegal homes and not one was ever destroyed. When will the citizens of Israel wake up?
Israel please wake up!
Arabs don’t even have to fight they are given the land piece by piece.
