It did not take too long for former US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro to criticize the Netanyahu administration. Shapiro was heard among the critics of US President Donald Trump and his announced decision to build a border wall to prevent illegals from continuing to cross into the United States.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu praised the decision as a smart one, explaining he did the same to prevent the continued infiltration of illegals into Israel from Africa.
“President Donald J. Trump is right to build the wall. I built one and it works,” was PM Netanyahu’s tweeter message, which prompted Mr. Shapiro to comment. Netanyahu of course was referring to the fence which has brought an end to the infiltration of illegals into southern Israel from Africa via Egypt.
“PM Netanyahu’s top aides told me a key goal in Trump’s era was keeping bipartisan support for Israel. Now this? Hard to explain this intervention on a hotly debated issue in domestic US politics. Unless this endorsement is Trump’s demand of Netanyahu for something Netanyahu wants, the quid pro quo. But for what?”
The former ambassador leaves us thinking that Mr. Netanyahu will receive something for publicly expressing his support.

As I’ve commented here numerous times, Shapiro always was a backstabbing self hating Jew who the perfect “useful idiot” for the Obama administration. We all remember how this loser had to wait a few days to get his talking points from Obama/Kerry/Rice before making a “statement” after a fellow Jewish girl, Yaffa Ariel, who was butchered to death in her sleep. And when he finally opened his mouth, he went with the classic both sides both sides both sides garbage, equating whatever it is Obama loves. Israel should definitely throw the bum out of their Country.
I completely agree with Mr. Shapiro. Mr. Netanyahu should keep his opinions private on an issue such as this. Not smart politiking.
Re comment no. 1: First of all, Hashem decides who is Jewish. Did Hashem speak to you about Mr. Shapiro?
Second of all, there is a right to free speech in the State of Israel, and as far as I know, the government has no authority to revoke his residency or send him anywhere.

Shapiro decided that he hates himself for that. And the way he shows it is by hating his own people, as is evidenced by his record serving his former boss.
Netanyahu also has the right to free speech without a has-been lackey of an anti jewish regime interfering.
Shapiro is an American citizen, and therefore the Israeli government has the authority to revoke their gracious extension of his ungracious stay.
He was done a favor. He should therefore have the brains to be grateful and shut up. As if what this traitor says is relevant anyway.
