On Wednesday, Jan. 25, Councilman Greenfield will co-sponsor an exciting networking event with the Jewish Community Council of Marine Park. Young professionals looking to meet new clients, make new contacts, and generate new business, all while having a great time are encouraged to attend!

“In today’s employment market, who you know can often be as important as what you know,” Greenfield said. “That’s why I’m proud to be co-sponsoring this event with the JCC of Marine Park. At this networking event, young men and women will have the chance to meet other professionals and trade business cards, expertise, and advice that will help them get a leg up in their professional development.”

The event will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 25 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Investors Bank (4624 13th Avenue in Brooklyn). The cost is $10, and those interested in attending can register at CHYE.info. The JCC of Marine Park also posts job listings on its website, at www.jccmp.org.

The Jewish Community Council of Marine Park was created in 2008 to help meet the needs of the rapidly growing Jewish community in Marine Park and all Marine Park residents, regardless of religious affiliation. Greenfield has provided over $27,000 in funding this year so that the organization can continue to meet the community’s most critical needs.
