1:23PM IL: [VIDEO & PHOTOS IN EXTENDED TEXT] First reports of a shooting/vehicular ramming attack in the area of the Armon HaNatziv in Jerusalem with some 15 injured. More to follow.

1:27PM IL: Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah have declared the response an MCI (Mass Causality Incident) based on preliminary reports of 10-15 injured.

1:29PM IL: Police report a truck rammed into a group of people leaving some pinned. The terrorist has been neutralized.

1:31PM IL: CPR is being performed on at least two of the victims. There are reports of some 15 people in serious condition.

1:35PM IL: MDA Chief Eli Bin reports at least fifteen victims are being treated at the scene with various degrees of injuries. Two are listed in critical condition.

It appears a civilian with a weapon shot and killed the driver of the truck, bringing the attack to an end. Now rescue personnel are working to extricate and treat the victims.

1:40PM IL: Police report that the truck rammed a group of IDF soldiers who got off of a bus. There are reports of three fatalities at the scene.
