3:50PM IL: EMS paramedics and EMTs are treating victims of a serious motor vehicle accident on the Tunnel Highway between Gilo Yerushalayim and Gush Etzion near the checkpoint.
According to a Magen David Adom spokesman, a total of five victims are being transported from the scene; 2 in serious condition including a woman in her 30s with head and abdominal trauma who is sedated and intubated and a 5-year-old boy with facial trauma.
A victim about 40-years-old is listed in moderate condition with abdominal injuries and there are two people in light condition including a one-and two-year-old. They are all being transported to the trauma unit and emergency room of Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.

Oy, that’s the tunnel from and to Beitar. It is ALWAYS busy! I hope everyone got to their Shabbos planned places on time! That is no area to be stranded: it is encircled by arab cities and villages all around!
