There is anger and concern over learning that dozens of persons dressed in chareidi clothing were seen visiting Har Habayis on Monday, 26 Kislev. The daily Yated Neeman on Tuesday addresses the matter, condemning those taking part in the visit contrary to the prohibition against doing so.
The newspaper points out that Gedolei Yisrael Shlita today as well as in the past have prohibited doing so fearing one may transgress a prohibition that may lead to karess, adding such actions are also viewed as provocative in the eyes of goyim and therefore should be avoided for this reason too.

There are Belz Chassidim
YWN should also publish the opinions of the rabonim who permit Jews to visit Har HaBayit and not just accept the view that it is forbidden.
There are poskim who are lenient as to provoking it’s time we take kahanes example and stop giving in to terror
If they are so concerned about chareidim doing sins why don’t they express outrage over those who humiliate religious soldiers which is a far greater sin
Askanim have tried reissuing the original cheirem a number of times, but none of the gedolim were willing to re-sign it. Thats why you always see the original document from 1970, nearly 50 years ago.
Also how does the yated know that the Gdolim condemned this Aliya? R Shteinman, the Yateds Mara D’asra, certainly didn’t say something about it.
#4 What do you understand about mitzvos and sins? FYI, according to Gedolim, humiliating religious Jews is for the purpose of stopping them from grabbing religious boys into the Shmad army and is actually a mitzvah.
One thing I’m confident of, that not a single person in this forum has any stature whatsoever to paskin this issue.
#6 That’s what the Chardak pashkevilim claim. But have you heard from any reliable source that any of the accepted gedolim paskened that this type of humiliation and incitement is a mitzvah? If you see the way these people write it is clear they’re not true bnei Torah.
