Magen David Adom officials report they received a call for a fire on the second story of a four-story structure in Tel Aviv at 9:41AM on Sunday morning 25 Kislev. The report stated that some of the victims inhaled an unknown toxic substance in the hotel, leading to a hazmat situation.

MDA reports four victims were transported to Yosef-Tal Hospital including a 28-year-old female and three others, all in light condition.
