The residents of Amona on Thursday morning, 22 Kislev, submitted their affidavit to the High Court of Justice stating they will voluntarily and peaceably leave the community by the court-ordered deadline. This stipulation was required for the court to consider the state’s request for a 45-day extension to the evacuation date. The residents complied, signing the affidavits.
However, it appears this is insufficient as the court has yet another request, for a more carefully-worded guarantee to evacuate peaceably.
It is pointed out that even if the residents comply, as was the case with their earlier declaration, the court is not promising to grant the 45 day extension sought by the state.

Does the high court run the country or the government?! Seems they make it up as they go along…
The world is upside down. Let us Jews have our Jewish land. Everyone is LAUGHING at us!
Just in time for Chanukkah, you act like the Syrian-Greeks of old. We need another miracle, please Hashem! Save!
Unfortunately the Supreme Court which is essentially a self-appointed body of ASSEs-Ashkenazi secular socialist-leftist elite who are a small minority of Israel are the dictators of Israel.Laws must be made to change the whole way the Supreme Court is appointed and it’s powers.
#1 Yes, these self-appointed-for-life judges in the “democratic LOL country” run the country and Bibi (or any other PM since they created the government) is their puppet.
And yes again, these judges have more discriminatory laws against Jews than any other country.
