The state on Thursday, 22 Kislev, filed a request for a 45-day extension for Amona to permit the government to move ahead preparing the area known as Plot 38.
The court is calling on each resident of Amona to sign a document guaranteeing they will leave voluntarily, without the need for security forces. It appears if the residents are unwilling to sign, the court will not grant an extension and residents will have to be out by the current deadline, 25 Kislev, this coming Sunday.
The residents are instructed to submit the signed documents by 10:00AM this morning, in about a quarter of an hour.
