Winter weather has arrived in the Tri-State area as wind chills reach into the teens and 20s Saturday.
Snow will develop on Sunday afternoon and continue into Monday morning.
A wintry mix of snow, sleet and rain is expected to begin about 3-4 p.m., and will continue on-and-off into Monday morning across New York City.
At least a coating of snow could stick around in the city, while north and west the messy weather could create a slick morning commute.
In the Catskills, the snow could accumulate as much as 3 to 5 inches.
