On Sunday, 4 Kislev, YWN-ISRAEL reported the Galil Hospital in Nahariya was calling on City Hall to take care of the broken garbage compactor as trash was mounting all over the hospital compound.
On Tuesday 7 Kislev the compactor is still not operating and the garbage has gotten way out of control. Hospital officials warn of the obvious health hazards associated with mounting garbage in addition to the dangers of medical waste being among the mounting trash.
Hospital management continues sending letters and contacting officials at City Hall, which they explain is responsible for the garbage collection, but so far, nothing has changed.
