Israel Police investigators interrogated Mrs. Sara Netanyahu for 12 hours for allegedly misusing state funds in her running of the Prime Minister’s Residence. The grueling session took place on Thursday, Rosh Chodesh Kislev. The investigation is being conducted by the Lahav 433 Unit, with officials signaling in light of new evidence, Mrs. Netanyahu was questioned again as the case was already handed over to the district prosecutor.

The allegations against her include falsifying documents and breach of trust in running the official residence. She is also alleged to have used state funds for her own personnel use.

An official statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office is there is nothing for police to find as nothing occurred. Some supporters of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu feel this is a continuation of the policy of hounding Mrs. Netanyahu, nothing more.
