Israel’s Fire Service announces it is prepared for the predicted stormy days ahead, which are supposed to bring badly-needed rains accompanied by colder temperatures, higher winds and thunder showers. Flood warnings have been issued for areas prone to flooding including areas of southern Tel Aviv and the road to the Dead Sea.

The accompanying photos show preparations by members of the Jerusalem District Fire Service Rescue Division preparing for any eventuality ahead of the storm.

Anyone requiring the ire service in an emergency should dial ‘103’.
