A person was stabbed on East 10 Street and Roder Ave in the Midwood section of Brooklyn on Wednesday morning.
Police responded around 9:30AM after receiving 911 calls reporting a person stabbed at the location.
FDNY-EMS Paramedics transported the victim – reported to be a black male in his 20’s – to a local hospital. He was in serious but stable condition.
The NYPD requested a Level 1 Mobilization, as officers secured the crime scene and canvassed the area looking for the suspect.
Police are looking for a Hispanic male who was wearing khaki slacks and a black hoodie.
He was last seen on East 10 Street running towards Avenue O.

Your editors really need to wake up and pay attention. The title of the article says Flatbush, though the text of the article gets it correct, and calls the area Midwood.
Please fix, edit your article to properly reflect the area this occured. Flatbush is east of Nostrand Ave, it does not extend this far west.(The neighborhood).
