1:12PM IL: Israel’s Fire Service has declared a ‘state of emergency’ due to the situation, particularly in the Haifa district.

All fire service employees are being called up and all vehicles belonging to the department that are usable, will be added to the ongoing efforts in the Haifa district. the Givatayim station is closing and handing over responsibility for that area to Ramat Gan.

The Haifa Convention Center will be used as the gathering site for all fire service personnel. They will operate on frequency 9901 until reaching the gathering area.
