President-elect Donald Trump says he’s canceled a meeting with representatives of The New York Times.
Trump tweeted early Tuesday that he backed out “when the terms and conditions of the meeting were changed at the last moment. Not nice.”
Trump has been criticizing The Times throughout his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination and since his election. He’s also made many broad-brush criticisms of the “dishonest” news media.
In another tweet , he said, “Perhaps a new meeting will be set up with the @nytimes. In the meantime they continue to cover me inaccurately and with a nasty tone!”
Trump met Monday with representatives of the television networks.

The dictator-elect has spoken. He’d be better off in say North Korea where no dissent is allowed. Unfortunately he’s not going to change even for the dignity of the office to which he was elected.
mr president-elect….please do not give the nasty NYT the right time of day. they are not only nasty, they are a bunch of liars as well. they need you more than you need them. it is unfair to blame Trump for making “broad-brush” criticism of the media. It was indeed a “broad-brush” criticism but it was justified since 99% of the media was villifying him. now they owe him big time!
Sounds like kindergarten to me. And this man will soon be our president! Not nice.
Trump’s ratings go up every day, baruch Hashem. He’ll probably end up being the greatest President America ever had.
Eventually, even Hillary’s thugs and gangsters will wake up to this true leader.
Trump shouldn’t waste his time with such a far-Leftist ,ridiculous rag
