The Jerusalem Municipality attorney on Wednesday 15 Cheshvan submitted a request to the courts to demolish 14 illegal Arab homes located in the Beit Haninah neighborhood of the capital. The homes were built on private land which is administrated by the state and are home to forty families.
The mayor recently stated that the same laws apply to both Jews and Arabs, and if Jewish homes are ordered demolished by the court, illegal Arab homes must share the same fate. The city’s application to the court calls to cancel delays issued against the demolition orders.
Barkat feels that just like it is possible to find a legal solution to Amona, which is home to about forty families, it is possible to do the same for Arab homes in the eastern capital. He feels the ruling handed down by the High Court of Justice does not leave any room to permit reaching a solution by legalizing the homes in question.
Hence, he is now moving to apply the same law to Arab homes, explaining if it is not possible to find a legal solution to Amona, the same is true for the homes in Beit Haninah. He warns this would lead to the demolition of hundreds or even thousands of buildings.

Hurray Barkat!! Let us start the demolition immediately
The judges for life in the High Court of Injustice who are out to destroy Jews and their legally owned homes would never allow him to destroy any illegal Arab homes.
Do it quickly, before Weiss and his gang of nutjobs demonstrate in front of their local mosque.
