Deputy Minister of Regional Cooperation Ayoub Kara has caused a storm by posting a security incident involving Israel recently occurred, an incident that did involve possible loss of life, citing some details.

The posting aired on Monday 12 Cheshvan and shortly thereafter, a gag order was issued and the post was removed promptly by the deputy minister.

Hence, we are now aware an incident did occur, but for now at least, whatever it was remains sealed under the court gag order.

Foreign Ministry officials responded, stating “The posting and his statements on Italy would have been best not said as they led to diplomatic damage and endangering people. The Prime Minister must put him in his place”.

This is not the only storm caused recently by the deputy minister, who recently posted that the large earthquake that hit Italy was the result of that country supporting the UNESCO resolution denying the connection of the Jewish People to its holy sites. He came under fire for that statement too and was asked to remove it.
