Minister of Agriculture (Bayit Yehudi) Uri Ariel explains that while the Regulation Bill to legalize Amona passed the Ministerial Law Committee in a unanimous vote, the real test for the bill will be when it is voted upon in Knesset.

Ariel thanked members of the committee, but stated when the bill is presented in Knesset, on Wednesday, 15 Cheshvan, they will see what will occur. Ariel calls on “all those who feels the settlement movement is important to them” to back the bill in Knesset, aware that if the bill does not pass, it is most unlikely they will prevent the destruction of Amona, which must be accomplished by the end of 2016.
