Another indictment has been filed against MK Moshe Gafne, this one for driving at an excessive speed. Traffic police issued the veteran MK a fine for traveling 86KPH on Derech Aluf Sadeh in Ramat Gan in a 60KPH zone. This case pertains to Gafne being apprehended by a speed-cam at the intersection of Aluf Sadeh and Raziel Street in the beginning of August at 12:20AM.
Gafne’s attorney Chaim Ness asked the court to postpone the hearing until December.
This case is Gafne’s sixth traffic-related case since February 2016. He was apprehended for speeding at the same intersection in the past driving 97KPH and two months later driving 91KPH, all at the same location.
He faced three cases in July for traffic offenses; one for driving without a seatbelt, one for speeding and one for failing to obey a red traffic signal.
