A fire broke out in a home in Boro Park on Tuesday evening.
The FDNY was called to 52nd Street between 17th and 18th Avenues just after 7:00PM.
Heavy smoke and flames were seen blowing out of the 3rd floor windows prior to the arrival of the fire department.
The fire was brought under control around 20 minutes later.
Thankfully, all occupants were safely evacuated from the home, and no injuries were being reported.
Boro Park Hatzolah responded to the scene, and were standing by along with EMS as a precaution.
Sources tell YWN that the home belongs to a volunteer of Boro Park Hatzolah.
An NYRRT official told YWN that it appears the fire started in a microwave on the third floor of the home.
