A talmid of HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach Shlita has been arrested by authorities for failing to register for military service. The arrest was made on the night between Sunday and Monday, 29 Tishrei. It is reported the talmid learned in the past in Yeshivas Shaare Tevuna, and upon instructions from Rav Auerbach, he did not report as required when receiving one’s first draft notice.
The talmid was arraigned before a military court on Monday afternoon.

Follow the laws of your country!
#1 the laws of the country of Israel are the laws of the Torah. If the government goes against the laws of the country, the citizens are not expected to follow them.
And if the government goes against the laws of the Torah, what right do they have throwing the Arabs out?
