In his remarks to the Ichud Leumi party conference on Sunday, 28 Tishrei, Bayit Yehudi party leader Minister Naftali Bennett called for annexing Jewish communities throughout Yehuda and Shomron into Israel proper as was done in the Golan Heights.

Bennett explained how he and his family visited Gush Etzion last erev Shabbos, detailing some of the ongoing settlement efforts that are being carried out by the Women in Green organization. He praised the ongoing efforts to protect and maintain outposts that have yet to be recognized by the government.

Bennett proclaimed that today, fifty years since the liberation of Yehuda and Shomron, the time has come to annex them as an integral part of the State of Israel.
