On Erev Shabbos 5 Tishrei, a video was aired on social media showing a vehicle driving on sidewalks in Bnei Brak, placing pedestrians at risk.

Among those who saw the video were traffic police, who launched an investigation in the Dan District and tracked down the 30-year-old driver, a resident of Bnei Brak.

The suspect was released after questioning but he will be charged with reckless endangerment. In addition, a PA system in his vehicle which he used from time-to-time was removed by police.
