MK (Likud) Yehuda Glick has come out in harsh criticism of Jerusalem District Court Judge Chagit Mac-Kalmanovich, announcing the blood for the fatal Jerusalem shooting attack on Sunday rests on her hands.
Glick explains the judge permitted a request from the terrorist who perpetrated the attack to delay beginning to serve a prison term, permitting him to perpetrate the attack as he did, an attack that claimed two lives and left others wounded. In his Facebook post he explained that although Yom Kippur is almost here “I cannot forgive you”, adding “the blood of the victims is on your hands”.
Glick references his previous experience with the same judge and how the court ignored police recommendations as well as his pleas, preferring to rule in favor of the terrorists pertaining to his days before becoming an MK when he was devoted to being an activist for Jewish rights on Har Habayis.
He spoke of how he was banned from Har Habayis and shortly thereafter, become the victim of an attempted assassination. He blames this on the court to, posting the court supported the terrorist in this case too.
He laments how the court would never listen to him but always preferred to listen to the terrorist, citing “She was cruel to the innocent and exhibited mercy to the cruel”, ending by asking rhetorically “Will you be able to cleanse your hands before G-d on this erev Yom Kippur?”
